180 000 webcams followed the presidential election of the Russia

Two webcams were installed at each polling station, one showing the ballot box, the other an observation of the commission of query to work.

Cameras allowed observers to identify certain violations of election rules. In a ballot of St.-Petersburg, for example, the process of counting the ballots took place out of the sight of the webcam, perhaps an act deliberated on the members of the commission to query.

The show, which began midnight Moscow time, the day of the vote, was terminated after any vote counting operations have been completed.
