A new webcam has been installed on to the Summit of Mount Everest, the highest mountain in the world to show. The high-definition webcam is an impressive 5675 m above sea level, and its installers are with the highest being placed webcam.
The webcam is before recently dethroned webcam mount Aconcagua in Argentina nearly a kilometer higher than the second highest. And the Everest webcam does it in the style of a close-up of the Summit, which is really spectacular.
It could be a beautiful view, but there is no way I will be the thing to climb.
As you might expect, the installation of a webcam at such an altitude presents significant challenges, not least to it it primarily climbing! The amount means that the webcam must survive temperatures as low as minus 30 C, which would simply break a normal Webcam. And it is also the danger of the webcam too blurred, such as snow and ice that can easily prevent broadcast of a clear picture.
You can check out the webcam here. It is only live during the day, so be sure back if its offline. It is worth!
