Shenandoah National Park webcams show landscape with the seasons change

With us is now firmly in the autumn the webcams of the Shenandoah National Park are prepared in Virginia, to show the changing landscape as we step for winter step.

The National Park includes some of the Blue Ridge Mountains, which can be seen on the beautiful skyline drive. The skyline drive is a 105 km long, running through the Park and tracing the ridges of the mountains. More than two million people drive over the skyline drive each year.

Today only a teensy weensy little too foggy.

Apart from the interest nature lovers acts the Park as an outdoor laboratory for scientists studying the effect we have on our environment. The Park is home to tens of thousands of beings, between black bears and insects. These animals and the resources of the Park are regularly interviewed and examined to determine how the environment changes.
