Solar-powered webcam shows Solar Decathlon competition

Every two years the Solar Decathlon holds the US Department of energy. The program calls to design teams and are creating solar-powered houses, the affordable, stylish and energy-efficient. The winner is the team which is adopted, these three challenges have best fulfilled.

After the green spirit of the event also solar powered webcams use Internet surfers, who can see the building itself.

Nice digs while helping the environment. The best of both worlds.

In West Potomac Park in Washington, D.C. is the this year's event, There are twenty teams participate. Most are from the United States, but there are also teams from Belgium, China, and New Zealand.

It is hoped that such efforts are raising awareness for energy-efficient construction and appliances. Events like this may with pollution from renewable energy sources is a growing concern all over the world we need to control us in a sustainable future.
