Very Uninteresting- Tens of Thousands Watch Boring Recall Petition Center Webcam

In Wisconsin, petitions to recall Gov. Scott Walker are being processed for all to see on webcam. Perplexingly, tens of thousands of people have decided to tune in to what is an incredibly boring webcam.
Here at Camscape, we like to think we feature lots of interesting webcams, many of which get far less views on the recall petition webcam we are featuring today. Alas! Maybe we don’t understand webcam fans as much as we thought!
Why do so many people want to watch this?! We have already noted how webcams have been increasingly used to stream ballot counting online. It seems this trend of more government accountability webcams is not only continuing, but they are also becoming popular!
